Insurance

For enquiries related to coverage/ claim eligibility of Medical Insurance Scheme (for non-local students), please consult the insurer (Blue Cross) directly by calling their hotline: 3608 2988. Please retrieve your Policy number and Insured number beforehand by downloading the insurance certificate via Blue Cross's e-platform ("Super Care") (Click "Claim" > "Select the "Certificate of Insurance" ). For first time activation of the student account, please click here for the instruction.
