The Trustees has been very supportive to the education in Hong Kong. In the past years, the Fund has provided financial support to the needy students who have difficulties in meeting their academic and living expenses. To honor the award recipients, a presentation ceremony was held in The Boys’ Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong this February. 11 students from HKUST had attended the ceremony. Dr. Geoffrey M.T. Yeh (Chairman of Hsin Chong International Holdings Limited) greeted the awardees with heartfelt congratulations and blessings on their future endeavors. On behalf of the University, student representative CHENG Wai Tin, had received the donation cheque from Dr John Cho-chak Chan, GBS, JP (Chairman of the Incorporated Trustees of Hsin Chong – K. N. Godfrey Yeh Education Fund). The awardees treasured this opportunity to meet the donor and to exchange learning experience with each other.
