2026/27 FASP (Grant/Loan) and/or NLSPS (Non-means-tested Loan)

Eligibility

- All full-time local UGs taking up full-time locally-accredited self-financing post-secondary education programmes at degree level  (e.g. Dual degree students who will be in their final year in 2026/27) AND have the right of abode in HK or have resided in HK continuously for 3 complete years prior to the start of  your programme (student visa holders are NOT eligible)

Application

All applications of the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS), must be submitted online through the “eWFSFAA” (eWFSFAA.gov.hk) platform. 

• For students with an “eWFSFAA” account, please login to eWFSFAA  to submit your application(s) for the 2026/27 academic year.
• For students without an “eWFSFAA” account, please create an “eWFSFAA” account by one of the following means beforehand:

Submission of the Declaration and Supporting Documents 

After you have submitted your online application successfully, you have to submit the signed declaration (or completed the digital signing) and supporting documents to SFO. Otherwise, your application will not be processed. You have to submit the required documents through EITHER ONE of the following means within 7 days from the date of submission of your application:

1.  Through online upload; or

2.   By mail or  hand deliver to SFO's Drop-in box together with the Reply Slip to the respective addresses as follows,
