Link University Scholarship 2026

Link Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce the Link University Scholarship is open for application. The scholarship scheme aims at supporting local undergraduates who are the first amongst three generations of their families to study in Hong Kong’s Universities and will continue their Year 2, 3 or 4 study at Hong Kong’s local universities in September this year. Each awarded student will receive a grant of HK$20,000.

Eligibility

 - The first-generation university student from his/her family (i.e. his/her grandparents and parents DO NOT hold any degree from any university) to study at one of the Hong Kong’s universities, and is able to provide one of the following​

 a)A recommendation letter by the principal or teacher of his/her previous secondary school (click here to download the template), or

 b) A declaration* issued by Home Affairs Department of HKSAR (click here to download the template)

 -  A full-time student who will continue their Year 2/3/4 full-time bachelor’s study at one of the Hong Kong’s universities

 - Having a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.23 on a 4.3 scale and eligible for next year’s admission by a Hong Kong university

​ - A local student (Please click here to review the Education Bureau's definition of Local Students regarding admission to post-secondary programmes)

 - A local student*** (e.g. holder of HKID Card (Permanent) or Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macau (One-way Permit))

 - Aged 25 below (i.e. born on or after 1 September 2001)

 - Proactively participating in community services

Award Details
Each awardee will receive a grant of HK$20,000.

Application Procedure

Eligible applicants should submit application via online system before 11:59pm on 16 July 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Applicants may be invited for an interview in late October or early November 2026, and the results will be announced in December. Awarded students will be notified.
