Sir Robert Black Trust Fund Committee is now inviting applications for Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-2027. It is for individuals to pursue postgraduate studies or other training programmes, local and overseas. Recipients are required to return and work in Hong Kong for a specified period of several years after completion of the proposed study or training.
