FASP (Grant/Loan) and/or NLSPS (Non-means-tested Loan) 2025/26

Eligibility

- All full-time local UGs taking up full-time locally-accredited self-financing post-secondary education programmes at degree level  (e.g. Dual degree students who will be in their final year in 2025/26) AND have the right of abode in HK or have had your home in HK continuously for 3 complete years prior to the start of  your course (student visa holders are NOT eligible)

Application Materials

All applications of the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS), must be submitted online through a new one-stop e-service “eWFSFAA” platform. Creation/Login of “eWFSFAA” account is required. Applicants are reminded to keep the username and password for future use.

Application Deadline for Continuing Students:   20 June 2025 (Friday)

Submission of the Declaration and Supporting Documents 

After you have submitted your online application successfully, you have to submit the signed declaration (or completed the digital signing) and supporting documents to SFO. Otherwise, your application will not be processed. You have to submit the required documents through EITHER ONE of the following means within 7 days from the date of submission of your application:

1.  Through online upload; or
2.  By mail or By hand deliver to SFO's Drop-in box together with the Reply Slip to the respective addresses as follows,
